The first batch of orders of biobased nylon fabrics by SUMEC Textile & Light Industry are all for children's down jackets from a well-known sports brand, which has stringent safety requirements. 

The company developed the bio-based nylon fabric in-house, using biobased nylon 56 as the raw material to ensure the down jackets are low-carbon and environmentally friendly while providing a safe and comfortable wearing experience. 

Biobased nylon 56 has passed testing at the U.S. BETA laboratory and received USDA certification for a biobased content of 46%.
