As an official partner of the 2024 Nanjing Half Marathon held on March 17, SUMEC Textile & Light Industry supplied five types of competition attire for approximately 3,500 participants. 

The attire, tailored to user needs, was independently developed and produced by the company.The biobased nylon 56 fabric developed by SUMEC Textile & Light Industry was used in the clothing for guests and awardwinners, making it durable, windproof, cold-proof, waterproof and breathable. 

Volunteers, referees, and medical aid runners wore sunscreen fabrics boasting SPF 100+,combining sunscreen, quickdrying, and lightweight technologies for comfort and protection. Employing an ultrasonic seamless joint process, the garments ensure both aesthetic appeal and comfort.
